Republic Parking (Sheridan Walker Parking Garage)

If I can 0 star is I would but it won’t let me . On Aug 23rd @ approximately 1120 AM I have checked out of the hotel. I was about of a single soldiers program for work as I am serving in the Us Army. I am and this is to a very great degree appalled by the customer service The young lady at the gate provided for my colleagues and I. I have never experienced such a rude ill-mannered behavior. Instead of explaining to me the the process of the parking garage and trying to help us because we were provided by the hotel a validation ( free parking in and out) the lady told us there was no way for us out, to pay. She wouldnt call the hotel to verify she kept telling me that there was nothing to can do to help. I NEED A PHONE CALL FROM THE MANAGER. I asked for her name and a number to I can call customer service. She would not provide me with any such thing. If you don’t like your job please get a new one. Don’t ruin other people’s days because your miserable. I need to be contacted ASAP. I don’t even care about the money. (which we did pay) at this point I can’t get over the fact that the lady had the audacity to scream and holler and not assist. What is going on the world. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I stay in it again if this is the type of people they associate with. And for the parking company, you may want to retrain your employees on how to treat people and how important customer service is especially to people how are using and paying for service. Please please please contact me. I am very upset.

Every other weekend the gates are messed up causing you to get trapped on the ramp. No one answers the phone and their voicemail box is always full. Clearly no one works here.nnIf I could I would rate this place zero.nn$90 a month for no assigned parking spots in Oklahoma’s dirtiest parking garage. It constantly smells like piss and has dead birds. You will constantly get scratches and marks all over you doors. We just moved down here and every month something makes it worst. It is safer to park at any other garage/lot than this place. Even street parking is safer/cleaner.nn$90 per month for what?

Pretty tight for pickup drivers. Apparently this place does not patrol as double douche parking is rampant. I don't use this place unless I can get validation.

Couldn't exit, the machine kept spitting my ticket back out without letting me pay. Help phone awsered after about 20 rings and promised to send someone. I had to call back 30 minutes later when no one showed up. They clearly don't give a damn. Someone finally came when I called back.

Good pricing. Close to arts district venues.
