I DO NOT recommend them! I utilized this parking garage while on jury duty. We were told to make sure we paid before we leave, so I paid during lunch. When I tried leaving at the end of the day, I was not able to exit. You are only given 15 minutes to leave after you've paid or you have to pay again. When speaking to the metro parker worker, they would not allow me out of the gate. They just said there were signs, and I should have paid attention. So I had to leave my car and go pay again. It seems that someone should have been able to assist me without me having to leave my car and pay again. This is a TERRIBLE policy and process. It's just a way to get more money out of consumers.
For fear of being compared to my mother, who takes umbrage with the most trivial matters, I find I must defend this parking facility. I've parked in it since I was in my 20's, and I've worked downtown off and on most of my life, growing up with my grandfather, spending time in his office, then when I started getting to do things, I'd get to go pick up the car and pull it around, sometimes I'd get to drive. There was a small enclosed room with door on both sides, where you paid at the counter. They would bring your car down to you. It was noisy, and disorganized, but somehow it worked.nnIt's still working, albeit a bit colder. You don't have to interact with a human. And you park and retrieve your own car. Worked smoothly, just a little differently. I missed the chatter of the customers and the workers in the facility, during their working day or at day's end, waiting to pay to pick up their car, or to move another car. I feel nostalgic thinking about the mingled aroma of sweat, tension, relief, exhaustion, and sometimes fear, as the miasma of random humanity surged through their day, coming and going.nnStill an excellent location, and relatively easy to use unassisted, even for an old lady like me! I just miss the human company.
Parked for court duty and when leaving did not realize you only get 15 minutes after you pay to get up to your car and leave. Lord forbid there's traffic exiting and it takes longer than 15 and you have to backup. Park and go back down and pay another $3 to leave. SCAM!
Good central parking structure. It can be VERY busy on jury duty days.
great location downtown OKC close to everything plenty of levels with ample parking space elevator access on the east and of the garage or stair access on either side fairly affordable rates 4 monthly pass for people who work downtown hourly rate beats the parking lot rates across the street garage is equipped with security cameras for safety and protection as well as peace of mind knowing your car is being watched while you're away I was happy with this facility when I used it to park my car while I was at work always nice to know you have a place to park when you get to work downtown and you don't have to drive around searching for a spot that going to be a headache and a rough way to get your day started lol look into it there might be worth every penny for you
