Store has really went down hill. Constantly putting stuff in add but never have on shelf. If they don't have items why do they keep putting items in add? Shelves empty a lot but yet can go to menards and they'll have it on shelf. This has been going on for the last 3 years or so. Leaving disgusted again. I used to really like store but don't shop here as often anymore. Wish farm and fleet would move up here.
Very disappointed with my tire service. Personally wrote my number down to be called when service was complete. FF called my husband instead. Waited on hold over 10 minutes to determine my car was finished long before.nLow tie pressure light came on immediately after leaving the service center and thought it could be the cold weather. Next morning tire was completely flat and spent the morning in the cold snow to get the tire off. They were reluctant to help said that I probably drove over a nail. FF did not apologize for any in convenience that may have occurred and were quite rude when I brought the tire in.
Just another business destined to follow the long list of retailers that went out of business for not listening to the customer. I’ll just head down the road to the other stores that WANT to provide customer service. Sorry to have burdened you w/ my patronage.
