Everyone here is so nice. Best switch I've made! So pleased I now have a great doc. April is the absolute best! So helpful and understanding and also very patient! Couldn't ask for better :)

My husband went to the clinic as a new patient. He had 2 visits close together. He paid his 15 dollar copay at the time of the visit both times per the clinic's policy. The payment was in cash both times. We have been getting bills for 30 dollars since the visits. I called to try and rectify the situation. After multiple phone calls back and forth, I was told that since he did not get a receipt, and could not prove payment, we would be required to pay the 30 dollar bill. It's not even about the money, it's the principle! Needless to say, we will be finding a new doctor!
