Buffalo Creek Dental

i was very nervous about this appointment because of past dental experience. Olivia was absolutely wonderful. Dr Barnes explained everything i needed so i could understand completely and set me up with a treatment plan. The young lady at the office desk was so sweet got us all set with payment plan all of my dental treatment plan and answered all of our questions. I am absolutely afraid of going to the dentist, they made my visit so easy and stress free !! I would highly recommend them !!

This was My first visit. Everyone was really nice and I felt like the dentist was honest with me. I expected to pay a lot more to get my teeth fixed! So far I have been satisfied with the whole experience! I’m excited to get my teeth fixed!ud83dude03

Great staff! I have been to several dentist recently trying to find the perfect one. I am so thankful I found Buffalo Creek! They created an amazing treatment plan and are so helpful. Can’t wait to get started on my new smile!

I am a new patient at the clinic so I arrive at least 10 minutes early so I can fill out new patient paper work. As soon as I walk in there isn’t anyone sitting at the front desk so I decided to wait until someone comes by to check me in. A few minutes go by and nobody shows up so I decide to take a seat. As I am waiting, another patient walks in and is then promptly greeted and checked in before me. I then walk up to the desk and inform the employee that I am a new patient. She then proceeds to give me paper work to fill out, but did not inform me on what to do with it after filling it out. She had an attitude with me for no reason. About 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I am called back. A total of 4 x-rays were taken, not including all of my teeth. How would the doctor be able to give a proper diagnosis without seeing x-rays of all of my teeth. The doctor then comes in to do an exam and was very professional. He looked and told me that the x-rays looked good and did not mention any work that needed to be done. I then pointed out something I’ve noticed on my tooth and he then proceeds to tell me I need a filling. If I wouldn’t have pointed it out he wouldn’t have planned to treat the tooth. After the exam and his part of the cleaning the assistant came back in to polish and floss my teeth. She never offered me a fluoride treatment. She then takes me up front to let me know how much the filling will be and I ask her if I can get a copy of my x-rays and records. She rudely tells me to sign the paper with the treatment plan before giving me information on my records. She proceeds to tell me I have to wait 24 hours for my records but did not ask for an email to send it to. I never got a copy of the treatment plan and I decided not to reschedule for the filling or another cleaning. I did not catch her name she never mentioned it. I did not have a good experience at all and I will not be returning.

Let’s be honest, no one likes going to the dentist. Including me. I take great pride in my smile and have always tried to take the best care of my teeth, yet it had been SEVERAL years since I have visited the dentist. I was dreading my visit. Buffalo Creek was EXCELLENT and made my experience quick and painless! Dr. Barnes and his amazing staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
