Won’t accept a return on an item not worn with tag still on it because it’s classified under a bathing suit and/or lingerie, wouldn’t even do store credit or switch it for the correct size. Don’t shop here, it’s a waste of money. Support a small business somewhere else that gives a damn about wether or not you got use out of their product!
There is a Tori lady there (not sure how to spell her name) and she was amazing super helpful and super fun definitely recommend going there because of her she made it alot more fun. If you go be sure to ask for her Amazing ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4cud83dudc4cud83dudc4c
The store manager was completely and utterly rude to me as a customer and her employees. You could be hear her yelling in the back at someone. Very unprofessional.
The store is small, and with the new covid restrictions only a handful of people can be in there at once. They have a wide variety of selection, from gag gifts, books, games, backpacks, tshirts, and even sexual toys. The staff was super nice and didn't make me feel like I was being judged when buying sex toys.
Terrible customer service.. the people that work there seem to dread even coming to work. Such a poor performance..
