If you dont have 8 proofs of identification you cant be seen. Waste of my time even after calling to be told yes this will work. Having them not being able to tell me why they cant was even worse. This office need to get there managing team together. Well back to having seizures two maybe three times weekly.

The doctors and staff at Family Medical Center are awesome. There are so many people here that go above and beyond for the patients, it's hard to just compliment one of them. I am very happy to have found such a great doctors office where I know I'm getting great care, I've already referred a couple of my friends here as well and now they are patients too.

I am always very impressed with the level of knowledge the doctors and nurses have at Family Medical Center. They can answer my questions and explain things to me in a way that I understand without leaving out any details. Very pleased with their care overall.

I personally have been a patient at Family Medical Center for a long time. I think everything is great there and I really enjoy Dr. Cotton and his staff. I have never had any problems getting in for an appointment when I need it, they take good care of their patients.

Everything at Family Medical Center is just great. They are always real friendly when we come in. I feel completely comfortable at the office and with the doctors and I have never had any problems there. I like that I can ask questions and both the doctors and staff there are all happy to help.
