The people has always been professional; However, I have been waiting for my knee brace for almost 2 months. Referal has been in since mid January and first they didn't had appointments until mid February. Then because of the storm they rescheduled me for the 24th of February only to see me for 10 minutes and take my measurements and order the brace. Here we are almost 2 weeks after, the brace haven't come in yet and they don't even know when will they recieve it.nnOverall, good people but bad service for a person with Arthritis knee pain...

Great service and very helpful and caring staff. Had my ankle rebuilt years ago and still have severe issues. TO&P got me measured up, new custom inserts and have been very helpful with the Army referral program through Tricare, since my PCM can’t seem to figure it out. Recommend to all

had a bad experience....I have been an amputee for many years...the leg they made was unsatisfactory....they will not return my calls or emails
