Went in for a DOT physical. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Doctor was great. Easiest and friendliest physical I've had so far. Will definitely return for my next physical.

Last month daughter had a big pimple that was swollen and agitated went in after a wait and it was an in and out with a oral antibiotic. Perfect however today been here since 10 am they said a long wait and its noon without anyone giving me updates. I work and i am clocked out leaving a coworker with two peoples worth of work. I would enjoy a ETA about wait times beside saying it maybe a long wait isn't really giving a wait time.

So I understand call volume, but the signs say they open at certain times and all you see is staff ignoring people inside the building, then I get through and immediately answers by rude people and put back on hold, and I am just following the rules they have for this time. Lots of people have covid and need help, you would think this center would care for those, but it is obvious it is about money not helping. Prove this client wrong when you keep people on hold and answer rudely

This place is horrible !! My grandson went because he had a high fever. He was examined and was told he was having a type of seizure because of his fever. They checked his ear and said they looked good. My daughter was told she needed to drive him to Children’s Hospital in OKC. I drove them straight to OKC. and they took my grandson straight back. We were there 4-5 hours to be told he has a double ear infection. He was given 2 shots and an antibiotic. So it’s crazy to me that they have a Dr. or Nurse practitioner there that can’t identify a double ear infection. So for your own peace of mind go somewhere that can find or diagnosis your illness.
