Normally I have decent experiences with them but the last two times I have been here I have been absolutely horrified. My daughter desperately needs therapy/counseling. We had a referral put it months ago and finally got an appointment made. I was told by a gentleman on the phone to take her to the clinic off Lee. She already sees someone from there so I knew exactly what they were talking about. Her appointment was at 8am and I was told to bring her in early to do paperwork. We show up at 7:30 and the clinic was closed till 8. When they finally opened we were then told that her appointment was at the midtown clinic. I was told to call and explain to them what happened and that it would be fine. The whole ride over i tried calling and nobody would answer the phone. They never do! We get there, I explain what happened and they check us in. After waiting 45 min I check back in with the receptionist, only to find out that my dauggters councilor has refused to see her because we were 12 min late. Didn't even have the decency to tell us, just left us waiting in the waiting room. I guess to teach us a lesson. My daughter already has issues with rejection and has suicidal thoughts. She needed to be seen. This is unacceptable.

Gail Hench has taken excellent care of our needs for vaccinations in an exceptionally fast response time. Got us in a couple of days early in order to have more time to work others in on Friday. Five stars ⭐ufe0f! Great job!!!
