I like the one on one therapy you get at Prehab. Ruth is great at explaining to you the exercises you do there and the ones you do at home. I will definitely be going back for my continuing therapy needs.

I would arrive at the clinic and promptly be directed through the physical therapy for each day.

After bringing diagnosed with tendinitis in my knee I was assigned to do physical therapy. Most times PT involves equipment that a person doesn’t have at home. I did use that type of equipment on site, but I was also given simple exercises I could do with what I already have at home. With that knowledge I am able to continue doing my exercises long after the appointments have finishes. I would recommend Prehab Physical Therapy Clinic to both the young and young at heart.

Prehab physical therapy is a great place where knowledge, experience and respect are combined. Based on my experience I would recommend to everyone. People are very friendly and know what they are doing. Please, try it, you will be glad you did.

Excellent care with Ruth and support staff. Would highly recommend, since I will probably be seeing them again in the NEAR future.
