Today was my 2nd time at the sheridan rd express. This morning I met Fred who was stocking newly received liquor. He was super welcoming, friendly, and knew what he was talking about. Having been in the military for ten years now, I've been to my fair share of express stores. I must say, Fred it by far the best employee I've met yet.nnHe asked what I was looking for and helped me find exactly that. I truly felt welcomed and it was beyond obvious that he cared about his job and had a passion for helping the customers that came in.nnPlease pass my appreciation onto Fred as he is the definition of a model employee who enjoys their job and does it well.

The gas is cheap, good snack and beverage selection and their is a Pizza Hut and Chopz on site. If you're looking for customer service I would go elsewhere, used to be good up until a few months ago now everyone is either rude or seems to be dragging their feet. I still do run into some good workers there but it's been more so the bad apples then the good ones lately.
