It's not that he is a bad doctor, he just shouldn't be practicing medicine. It seems the nurse just tell him where to go and what to say, while he seems to be on autopilot. Absolutely no critical thinking from the doctor I once loved and now it seems his solutions are just to ask the nurse, throw a pill or ask if you want him to give up and be sent somewhere else.nnNo, I just want you to go back to being the doctor who cared and owned his career. I don't want a doctor in name and title only, who takes orders and advice from nurses and makes medical decisions after speaking with his clinic manager.nnBe a doctor, or retire. It's better than the road you are going down now.

Dr. Mark Cotton is one (1) of a very few doctors in Lawton, Ok that still cares about each individual patient to; listen to his patient, conduct a route examination, test and does his research to help patients understand their condition(s). Dr Cotton has been our families’ physician for over twenty -five (25) years.

I don't know if it's the staff or if it's above them, but I have never had such a difficult time getting my son's prescription filled. Month 1 fine because I got the script while I was there. Month 2 my son went without meds for a week it took multiple phone calls and was a mess, it was a odd situation so I let it go hoping it was a fluke. Month 3 here we are again. Third phone call right now, was supposed to be ready at pharmacy on Friday. It's Monday afternoon. Was immediately put on hold. Was on hold for 10 min and then hung up on. Called right back, and immediately put on hold again (7 min hold time as I'm typing). My son took his last pill this morning, so here we go again. Not sure where the actual problem lies, but it's not a child's fault and shouldn't have to suffer because this office can't seem to get it together. I won't be trying Month 4.

I came in for a health concern that was very worrying. The PA acted like they had no clue what they were doing. I was told I would receive a call after lab work came back to discuss a plan of action. The lab results were in and I could see on my patient portal that everything was normal. I never received a phone call. Once I finally spoke to someone I was told they do not call you back if your results are normal. However, my health condition was still occurring and no plan had been made. Not helpful and very frustrating.
