I recently went to ccmh was diegnost with chronic pain and depression done concrete work for 30 years , the doctor prescribed viagra what the hell is happening rude people do no paperwork for me to tell me anything just basically pushed me out

I was frustrated with my previous doctor and came here after a friend suggested seeing Dr. Leal. She is great and listens to me and explains all the medical issues I have where I can understand them! I am very happy seeing the folks here in Elgin and I know I am getting the best care possible.

A superb family doctor. Genuinely cares for her patients. Very accessible. Ensures that you understand your condition & treatment plan. Uses language appropriate to your knowledge level. She's been my doctor for 1 year, no plans to ever look for another.

I am a registered nurse and worked with the providers at the Elgin clinic in caring for a homebound patient who required 24-hour care for complex related issues. The staff were always available to the patient, patient's family and the nurses. They all had an excellent bedside manner and explain their rationale thoroughly. A pleasure to work with.
