I was here to pick up some caps for my canes , the associates here were very helpful and found my what I needed, good prices, these caps should last me for a while. I am glad they have a sliding power door , kept me from walking to much etc. Thank you , I have been here in the past , the service is and was very good and helpful

Completely non helpful and was rude as soon as I got in there. I was getting sleep supplies. And they required more info on my medical history for nothing having to do with my prescription. It’s been over a week and I still don’t have my supplies. When I was In Huntsville AL I walked in and got my supplies and walked out. Completely terrible medical supply store and all the can say is it’s our policy so I went to another supply store.

Terrible people skills. I was told they'd lose money on me. Had to continually ask questions of Laurie in order to try and garner some kind of rationale behind her abrupt and rude statement. Never going there again.

Walked in the store. One lady was assisting a customer already. I waited 10 minutes another lady come out the back. Completely ignored me. She didn’t ask if I needed assistance or nothing completely ignored me. A white lady walked in and was assisted right then. She was in and out real quick. So I stopped and why I haven’t been assisted. She told me she assumed I was with the other lady. Even though I had my own forms sitting out in front of me and I hadn’t spoke to the other customers and I was on the phone but nothing indicated we were together I was in line. What other reason would she have to assume we were together other than the fact that we were both black. She should have assessed the situation and asked if we were together. Did she do that no. I feel discriminated against.

The associate was incredibly rude to myself and another customer while I was in there.
