Horrible lease company! Their 'manager' is very unprofessional! Rent anywhere else but one of their properties.

I was given a 5-day notice to vacate the premises due to a lease violation via voicemail, but a lease violation notice was taped to my door with no regards to an eviction or vacating the premises. The same day, I called the landlord 5 times and left a voicemail asking for clarification if I needed to move out or not, never heard anything back. The following day I called 3 times and left another voicemail, along with writing a message through the contact us page on their website and still received no reply. It is now 6 days later, I had no choice but to move out during the 5 days because I couldn’t sit around and wait to maybe get an answer. Today, the landlord FINALLY called me back, 6 days after I was given a 5 day notice VIA VOICEMAIL. The lack of professionalism and communication is unreal. Additionally, while I lived there I had several issues with my garage being synced with a neighbors garage, so our garages would randomly open when the other one of us used our remotes. We both spoke to maintenance about it but it was never taken care of. The “on site” management consists of a grumpy old man that puts up passive aggressive notes in the halls about stupid stuff like setting your garbage outside the door for a few minutes before taking it to the dumpsters that are a HIKE away. They also suck at keeping the parking lots and walk ways salted and a lot of people slip during winter, and they pile snow up right next to the building so when it started to melt this past spring, lower apartments were completely flooded. The rent may be cheap but the overall living experience is not worth it because of management. You’re better off spending a little more for a landlord that’s going to return your calls.

After renting 8.5 yrs I have had ants every spring, dealt with it. 1.5 summers ago they put a paddle lock on the outside faucet so I couldn’t water plants after I planted the flowers my self to make the property look better along the whole front. Heat always seem to be a problem every winter at first. Oh yeah they control when to put it on since it’s included in rent. And now just just last month had a fire in my building and never called to see how we were or if we had a place to go. And now found out on Monday beginning of Feb. that we are no longer able to stay do to are cats because they will be putting in new carpet and paint. Beware from renting!!!

They towed my car but left everyone else's who parks in front of the garages and anywhere else they arent supposed to alone so pretty sure they just found my bumper stickers offensive
