These people are hateful and cruel to everyone and they don't follow any protocol. This place needs an extensive investigation. I'll find the right place and report how horrible they treat ALL people. They don't treat people like humans. Many are not trouble makers. They have a job where they can bully and they sure do. Hope you get shut down.
