Farmers Insurance - Rickey Squires

We went with them through progressive. We had a change of vehicles and realized we would have a better price and coverage with some one else. We cancelled our policy, they were understanding and have been very committed to communicating with me even though I am no longer their customer. It’s been about 6 weeks, and still no refund but they have been calling progressive on my behalf and handling it. Hopefully I will get that refund soon, but in the mean time I feel confident that they are trying!
