The staff at Pick n Save Pharmacy is doing just fine. I have received excellent service and any issue that came up has been handled politely and with speed. Yes, the merge was challenging. Yes, change is never easy. I am adjusting and the staff is doing a great job.

The starr at this pharmacy has been nothing but supportive and helpful over the last few years my family and i have been going there. Friendly knowledgeable staff that goes out of their way to be of service. Theve even caught medication combinations that could raise red flags that even my doctor didnt catch. I truly feel they have my family's back. Keep up the personable and thorough help!

Since the merge this pharmacy has went from a 5 to a 1 in my book. Used to have the most personable pharmacist and staff. Miss Cindy and Tom so much, and the sweet smiles and kindness from Anita and all the other staff. This staff is rude, makes you feel like you need to apologize just for being there

I used to actually enjoy going to the pharmacy because I knew all of the pharmacists and workers. They knew me by name and were extremely helpful and most importantly friendly and caring. Since Shopko has merged with them everything has gone down the tubes. Almost all of the previous employees have moved on, as Pick 'n Save took on all the Shopko people. I dread going there now as I usually have to wait in line and talk to employees that could care less about their customers. I am seriously considering changing pharmacies after using this one since it first opened.

Pick and Save took a year to get all my meds synced. I have never been able to go in, pick up my prescriptions and leave. There is always some problem or glitch. I can't tell you how many times a medication wasn't ready (even after calling ahead to make sure everything was ready). Last time they said it would take 15 minutes to get it ready and when I went back three hours later it still wasn't ready. If you can't handle the business, you shouldn't be in the business!!
