Computers are down and they don’t have anyone to fix them. Not sure when they will be up again. Middle of the night they suggest I have the doctor transfer the prescription 30 miles away to a different pharmacy.

I call the prescription in, I email it in, I use the app. No matter what, I end up waiting over an hour. Every. Freaking. Time. They are impressively slow. I'm officially switching to CVS across the street.
