They're going down hill.... 3 times in a row ordering, 3 times in a row my delivery order was wrong. I speak clearly when ordering, but for some reason, the results are never correct. They also deliver unsalted fries. Might as well bring me a dirty litter box and tell me that's my order, who eats unsalted fries???? What happened to the awesomeness that I used to get from Nikko's??? I'm pretty irritated and done with Nikko's. Tired of feeling screwed over.

I ordered my food and it was 15.40. When the guy came to my door, I gave him 17.40. He come knocking on my door again talking about I gave him 11.40. I said I gave you 17.40. He told me that 6$ must have disappeared out of his hand. So I just gave him five extra dollars.nThe thing is, I counted a number of times before I even called and placed my order.nI might not order anything from that place again for this. I feel like I'm being played and this upsets me.

Long time customer of this divehole place because of that and their gyros but not anymore!nMy brother in law and I had gotten food poisoning! When called to tell them about it the manager acted like he was a doctor and told me I couldn't or shouldnt of gotten food poisoning in 4hrs after eating because of the informational classes he took!nThis was the only thing we ate all day. Said call me back to make things right, but never got my money back, a compensation, or a sorry. That dive hole is only good for the 2am drunks I guess now so they think the drinking is why they got sick. Sad just sad to see this place go downhill more and every year.

They wont answer the phone through apparent open hours and after reading recent ratings I do agree that the owner should hire a staff that will actually do there jobs right with proper and enjoyable customer service. I've eaten all authentic foods around the world and happy the my gf and I avoided bad food and customer service and this is my very first 1 star review and I've never even tried it.
