order from there alot always good service. Used to be fast delivery, now it takes almost 40 minutes to get my order.
Came on a Sunday for a late lunch, unenthusiastic staff, messy under-filled subs and they just tossed stuff around while making them. Tossed the subs from veg to meat section and again to where they go for bagging they were slammed down... with all the people out of work you would think those who are working would at least take the slightest bit of pride in your work. Perhaps at the least do a decent job so you don’t get replaced by anyone who can.
I love jimmy johns but today was the first time that it ever took an hour almost to get my food.
I ordered my sub and did the no contact delivery. I buzzed them into my apartment complex and waited for the knock on my door. I received no knock or anything (they’ve delivered to me before and this was the standard delivery procedure) and assumed that someone else needed to be buzzed in and continued waiting. Still nothing. I continued to look out my door and see if there was food, nope. Eventually (like 40+ minutes after ordering) I checked the front of the apartment complex to see it sitting on the ground. My ice was melted into my soda making it undrinkable and my sandwich was warm and soggy. I’m not one to typically review places but damn. Not a happy camper. Only thing edible was the chips.
Quick service, friendly employees, tasty food. One of my favorite places to get food from.
