The care exhibited and credibility of this practice is excellent. Our child is 7 and has been going here since birth.

I love this Pediatrician, I went when I was young and now I bring my little daughter. Everyone is always so helpful and efficient. Recently, I have started encountering a Receptionist, she has short, straight, black hair. She is always rude and unpleasant. This is unfortunate because of how amazing this place is! I feel as though she does not represent this practice well. Working for a Plastic Surgeon myself, I would never let my front desk girls act this way or have this attitude. She has never greeted me. She is always very short with me, ignoring me and talking over me and other customers I have seen her help. Just generally a bad attitude. Having good customer service at your front desk is important. They are the first and last people customers see. Unfortunately she doesn’t have it.nnOtherwise, every other Receptionist, Nurse, and Doctor has always been amazing!

Dr. Durand and all the staff are professional, caring, and responsive.

Dr. Dupuy is the reason for my 5 star review. My children have seen him since they were born/a few months old. I wouldn't recommend another pediatrician to anyone and recommend him any chance I get! He has listened to every concern or question we've ever had and will always do his best to find a solution. He doesn't make parents feel like he knows more than they do just because he is the doctor, he educates us and takes every question or concern seriously. It means a lot to have a pediatrician that listens to every concern and happily at that.

Don’t bother trying to come after 4:30 you have a really long wait time and most of the time nurses aren’t doing their job. I have come here multiple times at this hour and they are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been going here for ten years, and in the last few years, this place has gone downhill. Frustrating
