Dr. Fisher has been a doctor in Oshkosh for a long time. He truly cares for his patients. He doesn't just shuffle you through. He takes time to address your needs. He's had the same nurse and office manager for over 20 years, I've heard. There's not a lot of doctors left like him.

Very disorganized place with paper only documents (Not electronic). Unlocked and wide open filing cabinets when you walk in. Old school doctor. Dr. Fisher and nurse were nice and considerate though.
