People are super friendly some of the best customer service as far as that goes. The passport process is the worst I have seen. Made my appointment, received two email confirmations and when I get there, no one is trained to do the passports. I was able to get it done after a 3 hour wait... I would not suggest this location for passports, even though it is listed as an option on their appointment site. Any other purpose I would recommend them.
Came here twice to delivery a load, both times was yelled at by people that work at shipping and receiving. I don’t understand if you hate your job then quit Lisa !
I don't understand the stigma with crabby postal service workers. I've never had a bad experience here! The cashiers are always very kind and patient since I usually like to pick out fun stamps. Kudos!
Inside, most of the employees are usually great, super friendly! With the exception of the red haired lady who looks like she hates her job.nHowever I do a lot of online business and when I drive all the way over there to put packages in their drop box during off hours, about half of the time it is full, so that is super frustrating. Today when I went there during business hours, I had to stand in line to drop off a package because the drop box was full. Again. They need a larger bin back there to hold these packages.nAlso it would be nice to know why they took away the flat rate boxes from the lobby that you could grab during off hours.
Some of the rudest customer service people ever. Without even looking to see if my packages where here, after I was told to stop here and get my packages, the front office girl about rolled her eyes of her head and said I'll go look.
