Went to get my new license with the star on it for traveling. I thought I was all prepared, even after I got my picture taken. The nice lady told me I needed 2 more pieces of paper to prove where I lived ... my most recent address. Went home and got it, then it was done. The people working at DMV were very helpful and you didn't have to wait in line that long. I did appreciate them today
Oshkosh DMV. Is a complete joke. They cannot do anything for you at all and will not touch paper.. I work in the service industry and work with people all day. And they will not touch a piece of paper. Safety? Or Lazy? You tell me. Don’t bother going in there they will yell at you to leave.
Have dealt with the Oshkosh DMV vs. Appleton DMV and I have to say Oshkosh wins hands down. I understand there is a wait time unfortunately, however, the longest I waited in Oshkosh was 30 min. In the times I tried in Appleton the wait time to just get a ticket # can be up to 1 hour long!nnAll Oshkosh employees were friendly and helpful. I find if you greet someone with a smile and explain your needs people seem to respond in kind. I have always been greeted with a smile and helpfulness from the Oshkosh staff. Good job keep it up.
Things went pretty quickly. Sat in my car for maybe 10 minutes waiting to take my Temps test for motorcycle. Got in, got out. Only thing that sucked was the employees are wearing masks, and they have plexiglass to block them so its quite hard to hear them.
