Rachel is wonderful to work with! I always feel comfortable and look forward to my appointments. She is knowledgeable, answers my questions and gives me clear instructions for my at home exercises.nnThe front desk staff is great and makes scheduling so easy.nnI recommend them to anyone that needs PT and if I ever have future PT needs I know I'll do them through this practice.

I went here for trigger point and help with spinal issues and they just have you do easy exercises , the ones can do at home that strained back more. There was 0 massage or anything like that. stretching suggestions were ok but that very basic information. Did not get anyone with experience.

Excellent PT care from Kevin, Michelle and Robert heping me recover from auto accident injuries. They have been very accommodating with my tight work schedule and have always been pleasant to deal with!

I have known Sports & More for many years. Flo Moses and her highly qualified team of therapists are the best. They are well trained, thorough in their analysis and thoughtful in their approach to care. If you need physical therapy, there are none better.
