One of the most unprofessional company I had EVER had to deal with. Before direct deposit you had to wait for 2 or 3 weeks at a time before you ever got your check. Now with direct deposit they still miss it up. As the doctor told me I will need another neck surgery. Now they don't want to pay for co-payments. I guess I will get another att. to handle Corvel. One SORRY company...

Highly unprofessional... They take their time with everything and become irritated when you ask them questions about your claim. They never call you back and then get mad when you call other people. Very unhelpful and unfriendly I’m almost afraid to post this but felt others should be aware. I will continue to pray for their inconsiderate spirits.
