Greystone pharmacy has been a gem for my family. This is truly the family feeling Pharmacy who knows me and my children’s name when we walk in and always offer us a beverage and fill my prescriptions in a timely manner. Brian who is the pharmacist/owner I believe, he is a truly wonderful nice person and was very good-natured and always well versed on any questions I have! The pharmacy techs and the ladies upfront do a wonderful job at keeping everything smooth and customer service is top notch!

This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to, hands down. Bryant is amazing, and asks about my family by name every time I go in there. We have used them since the first day they opened and love it. They are dependable, efficient, friendly, and clearly love being part of this community.

I've been picking up from Greystone for about 4 years now and I do not know why I haven't written a review yet. Every time I go, my prescription is ready and everyone working there is awesome! They are friendly, fast, and happy to work with you if any issues come up. During Covid I haven't felt like picking up my prescription in person, so they mailed it! Speedy deliver too. Truly love this place. Go there!

Greystone Village Pharmacy is the most customer-friendly pharmacy I have ever encountered. Unlike the big pharmacy chains they take the time to know you and they are genuinely interested in your well being. Unlike most pharmacies, you can drop-off a prescription and have it filled almost immediately. There is no other pharmacy that does this. On a recent visit to Greystone I shared news that my illness had gotten much worse and prevented me from resting comfortably. Bryant's team filled my prescriptions very quickly and asked me several times if I was comfortable while I waited. AMAZING. Also, within 2-days I had a nice card delivered to my home with their well wishes. I will never use another pharmacy, Greystone is unmatched in service, support and healthcare advice. I appreciate the entire Greystone team!

Didn’t care for being referred to as a “golden” customer because of the amount of medicines I was having to take at one point because of the amount my insurance paid out to the pharmacy! I also felt that filling narcotics early may have been a bit illegal since they were dated for a particular day! The fact that pharmacist and associates would gladly lie to customers about medicines not being covered by insurance was baffling? To be very clear, these medicines were covered by insurance, but the reimbursement wasn’t significant enough to justify bothering with even ordering the medicines! Was given the incorrect medicine once and then basically put on trial like I had done something wrong, when in reality, a pharmacy can’t take a medication back once it has left the building, and rather that search the “fill” log to see if the medicine that was supposed to be for me had actually been filled and given to someone else in error; they asked me to go to the pharmacy where the incorrect prescription had been left as to dispose of and ask for it back? This is not a normal procedure! There are unusual relationships between the pharmacist and random doctors that’s basically symbiotic where the pharmacist suggests a particular doctor and that doctor sends the prescriptions back to that pharmacy! Quick note; when this occurred with me, one of the medicines prescribed and filled was the same medicine I was later told my insurance didn’t cover! Hum? A hormone was prescribed by this same doctor and “compounded” at this pharmacy, but when my Uroligst tested this cream hormone he discovered that there was so little actual medication in the bottle of what was basically over the counter lotion that it was barely detectable! So that became the most expensive cure for dry skin ever! I’m uncertain if corruption was the agenda from the start, but referring people to doctors that literally have a criminal background that resulted in a loss of license for several years probably isn’t the best way to harvest a reliable customer base. And since I don’t dabble in “here say” I will refrain from the other horror stories I’ve been told by other former customers, employees, and even other local pharmacist! It’s sad how far a sinking ship will sail out to sea before informing the crew that they have taken on too much water and the boat is going down, but this is basically the retelling of the Titanic, except this ship didn’t require an iceberg to split in half and drift silently to the bottom of the sea; it merely required a captain so blinded by the consumption of financial gain that no life boats were even brought along and as all careless actions play out; the reaction with eventually be far greater than the force applied in an attempt to keep this ship afloat without realizing it’s already at the bottom of the frozen sea!
