When I was researching companies to take on my complete master bath remodel, I stumbled upon Perfect Bath, and had them come out to give a quote and help me figure out what it would take to get the layout I wanted (from both a design and a technical standpoint). I had two additional quotes, one from a larger business (also specializing in bathroom remodels), and one from a general contractor in the area. Like Perfect Bath, the big biz was also helpful with the design, but I found that their price was significantly higher. Perfect Bath offered the same sort of warranty, are very knowledgeable in the bathroom construction niche, have experienced installers, can always be reached by phone or email (and are always beyond helpful), AND are similarly bonded/insured. The only thing I had to do was to go and pick out my tiles from a local tile store rather than from the company showroom (very easy to do, since most of those places have a very helpful staff). The quote from the general contractor was about the same, but they didn't do as much design/planning, and the communication was nowhere near as good. I'd say Perfect Bath has everything you want from the big guys, but at a reasonable price. To be honest, Dale is such a perfectionist, you probably get a better finished product as well. By the way, my bathroom is AMAZING.

Dale and his team always do a great job. He's helped me out with multiple projects and they are always priced right and the work is perfect. He's always said if there's an issue he'd make it right, but I've never had to take him up on that. Literally has priced and completed jobs for nearly HALF what an insurance contractor tried to bill us. He stands 100% behind his work and I stand behind him. If you need a remodel or something new, Dale and Perfect Bath are the ones you want to call.

Would highly recommend Perfect Bath! They came to the house, offered great suggestions for our bathroom remodel. Work was done within the time scale, workmen were very tidy and the quote was very reasonable. Absolutely delighted with our new bathroom, it looks fantastic and I'm no longer embarrassed to have people use it!

Absolutely love this company, very professional. I now have the bathroom that I dreamed of. They helped me design my bathroom aswell. They do not have a showroom but came with me to help choose my furniture etc.
