In the beginning KEN was nice and accommodating. After we had the roof completed and had issues, we only saw him when he would pick up a check. Estimate was not detailed enough. Put skylights in and did not do holes in LR. Paid again to have holes boxed in. (Weeks went by with many promises of workers coming to finish). Signed contract was for boxing in of skylights and scrape and paint ceiling damage. Does not want to complete job and is trying to put lien for work not completed. Homeowner is elderly lady. KW Remodeling is not a company to do business with!!!
Very, very slow at getting back to me with my job request and when someone did, the quote was extremely high. When I did find somebody to complete the job for at least $300 less (guess he assumed I would be dumb enough to pay $450 for a stepstool refinishing), one of the owner’s responses was simply, “Congratulations.”nDefinitely don’t recommend KW Remodeling.
