My experience with this location is that they have literally never answered the phone in person and that it takes sometimes a while to call back. Just scroll down and look at the reviews. NO ONE answers the phone here. EVER.nnMy experience with staff here is mixed. Some are genuinely nice but several have a bit of a snarky attitude and act like they are doing you a favor by getting paid to do their job (well mostly do their job, as long as it doesn't pertain to answering the phone, calling you back, or treating you with hospitality).nnI really like my provider now, but my provider before her was medically sound but just very disinterested and again seemed like I was inconveniencing her with questions and requests.nnFor some reviews to balance the ones here on Google, go check Yelp!. That will give you a more realistic perspective. Oh, or scroll down and look at all the people who can never get a hold of anyone in this office.

I am so disappointed with this practice. First of all, what’s been said about no one answering the phones is 100% true. It gets worse. When I needed insulin, I called and called and kept going to voicemail. I kept leaving voicemails with my provider’s assistant and was never called back. However, they were sure to call me when I missed my appointment for some bloodwork. I missed this appointment because I was so sick from surviving off of Walmart insulin due to them NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE for my insulin refill. I left three voicemails with Carla’s medical assistant, and not one was returned. In those voicemails, I talked about the brands of insulin I need (Tresiba and Fiasp) and that I was surviving on novolin (Walmart insulin) for the time being, and to please help me. Well, when I was finally able to make it into the office for the bloodwork, someone behind the receptionist counter shouted to me, “Wait! I have a note here that you need some novolin insulin! We can provide you with some samples!” Are you kidding me? First of all, NOW you want to do damage control? Second of all, you don’t even know that novolin is a cheap, OTC insulin, and I wasn’t calling previously to get a refill of THAT? Third of all, I’m certain that not a single practice carries samples of an insulin that basically hasn’t been prescribed for at least 15 years, so what are you even talking about? It was so unprofessional that I was quite literally rendered speechless.nnWhen I had my remote “office visit,” I felt so dejected and unheard by my provider. There were some scary things (to me, at least) with my bloodwork, and I was so gaslit about my concerns that my head is still spinning. And how about this? My bloodwork from a previous visit showed my cholesterol was high, but no one told me despite that information being available to them when I was present. I am not overweight, and I have a family history of high cholesterol, which they know, and no one thought to mention that little tidbit? Add to that that I’m type 1 diabetic and have heart palpitations! I didn’t find out about my cholesterol level until I went online to their portal and saw the bloodwork for myself. How incompetent can you be?nnMy most recent bloodwork (last two visits) also shows elevated liver enzymes. I was very concerned about that, especially because I’ve been having pains in my lower left abdomen, on top of other concerning symptoms that I relayed to my provider. She brushed them off but said she’d put in orders to LabCorp to do more bloodwork. (She hasn’t.)nnThe nurses here are so kind, but that’s the only positive thing I have to say. I can get on board for being your own health advocate, but this is just ridiculous.nnEdit to add— I’ve been reading other reviews and was reminded of another issue I’ve had with this practice: you get the same generic speech every visit. It doesn’t matter who you see, you can quickly recognize they’re quoting from the same script. It’s honestly impressive how good they are about staying on script, despite whatever wrench you may throw in it by bringing up legitimate concerns. On more than one occasion, I’ve left crying because it suddenly hits me that, despite trying to advocate for my health, I’ve been demoralized by their indifference. And this point is probably minuscule, but it’s hurtful to be asked EVERY SINGLE VISIT what I do for a living (like it matters?), when so many visits with them have been me pouring my heart out about the stresses I’ve felt regarding my occupation. They clearly aren’t listening to their patients, which is unfortunate because, on the surface, they are incredibly inclusive of all walks of life. It all seems very superficial in hindsight.

Needed to find a new Endocrinologist since I recently moved to the area. After scouring the reviews and such, I landed on Creedmoor Centre. Really happy I did. They are attentive, and spend as much time as needed. They reviewed my medical records and discussed my history. My meds were changed and after only 6 days, my average sugars have gone down almost 100 points! I am already very happy with my choice and am confident they will do their best to keep my diabetes under control.

I had one appointment with Dr. Warren, and the experience with her as a physician was overall good, with a couple of pretty significant issues. For one, she ordered tests for me to have done that required me to avoid things like bananas, Tylenol, caffeine, alcohol, and 2/3 of the prescription medications that I take daily, for at least 3 days before giving the sample and during the days I would be giving the sample. On top of that, she advised that I try to consume alcohol (to replicate the reaction I was being seen for) before giving the samples for the test, and alcohol is yet another thing on a long, long list of things that can skew results for this particular test. I didn’t realize this until I began to look into it after having collected urine for an entire week, and then had to throw it all in the trash and start over, given that I broke about half of the rules that could skew the results of this particular test.nnAdditionally, I’ve tried on multiple different days to call their office, and have only had someone answer the phone one time out of the maybe 12 times I’ve called in the last year and a half. The last three times I’ve called, I’ve received a busy signal and my phone tells me I can either call back or cancel the call, and there’s no other option for contacting them aside from their fax number and their portal, which is a pain. I had to dig through their site for the resources for diabetics, and found an email address after about 35 minutes of searching that I ended up sending an email to, and then they replied via a portal that I didn’t have access to rather than the email, or via the phone call that I specifically requested, having left my number.nnAll in all, a very frustrating experience- I will be pursuing further treatment elsewhere.
