I visited The Eye Institute, North Raleigh location. I had a positive experience and finally got a much needed complete eye exam. Dr. Morgan was courteous and listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. He took the time to run my vision tests and explained everything he was doing so I will have a clear understanding. He also made sure I got the best possible prescription to help with my vision needs. Excellent O.D. highly recommended!

We have moved several times with my husband’s job. Dr Morgan is by far the best eye doc we’ve had the pleasure of seeing.nVery thorough, great “chair-side” manner, and truly cares for his patients.nOffice is very clean. Wait is minimal. His staff is great.n100% recommend!

A very impressive operation.nnI was greeted immediately by the extremely friendly staff, they made sure to conduct their COVID scanning process and immediately provided with all of the necessary paperwork to get my appointment started.nnMy eye exam was conducted by extremely competent staff, they knew exactly what they were doing and maintained a very transparent process the entire time.nnThey have a very personable and extremely knowledgeable eye doctor, he quickly understood my vision challenges and laid out the steps necessary to take in order to prescribe the appropriate corrective lenses.

This was my first visit to this office and it was a very good experience. Dr. Morgan was knowledgeable, informative, efficient, humorous and courteous, as were all the staff that I met with. He even took the time to demonstrate why my current glasses were not optimal. (They were not even close to what they should have been!) Dr. Morgan explained carefully his findings and treatment. I am all in, and hope to keep my sight for a while longer!! Thank you.

I had a good experience during my initial visit as a new patient but will not be returning since their customer service is the worst. They had to order trial contacts because they dint keep enough in stock and charge a $10 shipping fee. I've been shunned from the practice as they will not return my phone calls to place an order, after leaving several messages with Lisa. I'm just supposed to know exactly what I need without trial lenses.. obviously i will not return. Just had an eye exam at My Eye Dr and they were able to determine the exact lense that works perfectly, no trials needed !!!
