I have been insured through Jackson/Kahl for a number of years back to when it was Rob Monroe's. My agent, Debbie, work hard to find the right insurance for my needs and keeps cost down for me. She explains the policies and how they interact to save money. Debbie answers questions I have about my policy and about situations that may call for filing a claim. When I recently asked about Medicare Insurance, Debbie referred me to the company specialist. My questions have always been answered in a easily understandable, and timely, manner. Each year Debbie reviews my insurance needs. I recommend Jackson/Kahl to anyone asking about insurance needs.

If you are looking for an insurance agency that has your best interest at hand, this is not the agency for your families needs. The agent I worked with was rude and condescending. She should choose a different profession to be in cause customer service is not her forte. I will be taking our insurance needs elsewhere because of the way I was treated. We were customers of Monroe Insurance of Oshkosh and never had an issue, but since Jackson Kahl took over and I have had to deal with this agent it's been a horrible experience.

If I can give this insurance place a zero star, I would. The lady has the most ugliest attitude and instead of talking in a professional way and explain why, she would make you feel horrible as a customer. I usually don't complain but HOW SHE HANDLED OUR SITUATION AND THE WAY SHE SAID IT JUST SET ME OFF. Also, she makes you feel unwelcome. Horrible Horrible insurance place EVER! I will never EVER go to this place ever again!!! Will be passing the words to others!!!!!
