Straightforward, dedicated, passionate and committed! Ana is amazing at what she does and goes above and beyond the call of duty to exceed her customers satisfaction. Ana sets the bar, second to none! As her husband, I had questions about the benefits of specific life insurance policies regarding 20 pay & whole life. She came home equipped with information that made me see from a different perspective. I will most likely be obtaining a 20 pay life policy from Staci Howell because of my wife's research! I have been with State Farm for almost 2 years now and I must say I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Previously I was with a different company and there was no personal help. I was always having to contact a 1800 number. I specifically deal with Kellie Howell at this location and she is AMAZINGGGG! Anytime I have questions she is on top of it to answer them for me. I don’t feel like I’m getting the basic answers but instead in depth explanations that helps me understand what is taking place.
