Wish I could give a zero!! One of the worst bs experiences dealing with Mike. Inconvenient and inconsistent after the contract was signed. Cheap corner cutting products, materials, workmanship. I would recommend going with a larger company to get the work that you envision to get your money worth. Not the cheap S#*! that we ended up with. Oh yeah did I mention a large tab from the corner cutter.
Mike really helped us out right before Thanksgiving. We needed flooring because of water damage to our carpeting. Mike helped me to select vinyl luxury plank flooring for our LR, DR, BR, Kitchen and BR. Within the week, it was installed. Mike's team did a great job of laying it down and it was finished in 2 days in time for our Thanksgiving family get together.nnThe flooring looks great and I can't thank Mike and his team enough for their superb job.
I have worked with flooring companies in the past, for business purposes, this has been by far the best. Customer service is great, small business and only two lead people to deal with. I like the simplicity of the process and a great selection.
