I was referred here by my dentist to get my wisdom teeth out. From the second I walked in the door every person I came in contact with was so kind and helpful. I had a great experience and the dentist personally called to see how I was recovering. I really appreciated the atmosphere Providence oral surgery created. The service and hospitality was impeccable and they have decorated the place incredibly homey. I’m a person who doesn’t love the dentist and the way they have decorated makes it feel much more warm and calming then a traditional office.

What a wonderful place the staff is excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and they kept a wonderful smile while they was helping me. And as for my main man Dr James A. Parelli. What a great surgeon. I had no problem with the process that he did for me. I am truly blessed to have him in my circle. He is friendly and very smart in his job and professional as a doctor. I am very, very, very pleased with my surgery. Providence Oral Surgery was great . Started off last week with a great consultation with the staff and Dr. P. Today I had two wisdom teeth extracted. It’s 6 hours later and I’m in no pain and without pain meds. If you need an oral surgery this is 100% the only place to go. I highly recommend this practice . Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Finally Dr. P himself called me just now to check on me and answer any post op concerns that I may have.

I can’t say enough about the experience we had at Providence Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center! Our 16 year old daughter had 4 impacted wisdom teeth that needed to be removed. From initial consult in his beautiful office, to surgery, and on, we were provided with the utmost compassionate and professional care by Dr. Parelli and his staff. My daughter has always been interested in the field of Dentistry, his staff even took the time to answer questions and provide direction to my daughter about schooling and working in this field. On the evening of her surgery, Dr. Parelli himself called to check in and answer any questions we had.nThank you seems too small of a word to describe our appreciation but THANK YOU!nThe Marshall Family

I am nearly 40 years old, and have never been under anesthesia until I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at Waxhaw Oral Surgery. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. My wife had all 4 removed about 1 year ago at another place off Rea Rd and got dry socket. She was in the bed for 4 days in major pain. I had the exact opposite experience. I had the surgery on Wednesday, and played a round of golf on Friday!!! From beginning to end it was a great experience. The entire staff was amazing. They made me feel super comfortable. I highly recommend this group!!!
