Dr. Lou is great!!!! So caring and transparent. She always makes me feel as if she is never in a rush.nI have lived all over this country and and had several different doctors. Dr.Lou is second to none!!!nnYou cant go wrong as long as you do your part. She gives sound advice..

I really like Dr Lou, however, I would like to hear better resolutions to my fatigue, other than “sleep more without interruption”. I know this isn’t the answer to my issues. I feel like more should’ve been done to help me. I also feel like Dr. Lou is under too much stress. She works very hard, long days. I feel Novant needs more Doctors at this office. Not nurse practitioners or physician assistants; Doctors.

I am more the happy with the care I am receiving at Novant. I just love Dr Lou and Alicia. Plus all the staff is wonderful, from check in to drawing blood. I have only been in North Carolina for 2 yrs and I am so thrilled to have found Dr Lou.

Dr. Lou was very professional, friendly, and compassionate during my last visit. She explained very clearly the condition I was experiencing. I appreciated her pleasantness on such short notice.
