HORRIBLE customer service. I went to go try to make an appointment here because my primary care provider was booked and they told me I was too sick to come in when I’m not having any symptoms of that at all. It sounds like they are just trying to turn away patients- I’ve been there a while ago and they told me basically for that reason I could only do video call. I am waiting to hear back from a manager as now I could be walking around sick instead of getting the help I needed.

I will start by saying that Dr. Butler is a wonderful doctor and I truly value her input, advice, and guidance. She has a calming voice that helps my kiddos settle and gets them excited for jobs well done. You would be hard-pressed to find a better doctor in the area.nnThat being said, make sure you bring reading material or a craft project while you wait to be seen. *Every single time* I go into that place, I feel like they do not value my time. I was there for 2 hours yesterday from check-in to check-out for my 2 9-week olds to get a 10 minute vital check, 15 minutes from the doc to go over those results, and 5 minutes to deliver vaccines.nnSo what happened to the other 90 minutes? Lost to the aether I suppose. It is obscene. I would be okay if this was a rare occurrence, but again, it is every single time. Make sure that if you are taking off of work that you let them know YOUR time frame upon check in.
