Dr. Adam R. Culver, MD

I cannot speak on behalf of him as a doctor, but I can speak about the horrible experience I had with this practice as it relates to the front office staff. I set up an appointment to be seen by him at 9:00 a.m. I went to be seen and the front desk personnel (I believe her name was Pam) was disgustingly rude. She told me that the appointment had been rescheduled to 8:45 and that I could not be seen, I had no idea that I had missed a phone call that was made to reschedule and I did not confirm this change was okay, nor did I receive an email like I previously did that would solidify my appointment time. Therefore, I went at the time that I scheduled and was met with nasty opposition and when I referred to my email confirmation she doubled down with her rude remarks. I was confused, because I have never had an office change my appointment time with confirmation from me and was shocked at how unwilling to relent she was. In part I could understand not being seen due to coming to my appointment late, but her desperate attempts to be correct were unprofessional. She even went on to say (after I asked for a doctor's excuse because I took off the only day the I could to be seen by the doctor) that she was going to let my boss know in the letter that I was not seen because I came late, but decided not to. She was a nasty and unprofessional woman, her behavior was classless and I would not recommend anyone to a practice with someone who could treat a patient the way that she did. I wanted to record how gross she was, it was awful mistreatment. I pray that the doctor offers better service than his front desk does.
