Ashley, Diya, Shane, Kaitlin, and Stacey (before she moved to her own practice in Indian Land) were an absolute pleasure to work with. Consummate professionals, with patience and true caring for their clients. It's rare to have the opportunity to work with such consistently great people; they made a painful and difficult process as easy and as motivating as it could have been.

One of the best physical therapy places I've ever been too! Ashley is fantastic and has helped me so much. She knows exactly what she's doing and we saw results much faster than anticipated. I was nervous going into a new physical therapy after the problems I had with previous doctors. My first time walking in, they made me feel so welcome! It makes me sad that I am one day away from finishing with my therapy. But the time flew by and I will genuinely miss seeing her every week. Thank you Ashley for everything you've done for me! If you're looking for someone who is more than happy to help you feel better, is kind and creates a friendly environment for her patients, this is the place for you!!

This is an outstanding place to get therapy. Ashley, the physical Therapist is both dedicated to her job and extremely knowledgeable. Her staff are also very nice and responsive. They were very clear and upfront with my insurance and what my coverage provided. I stated seeing Ashley for a shoulder injury and in 1 visit she fixed my range of motion. she knows exactly what she is doing and explains everything with detail. in my few weeks of working with her she has healed my issue and restored my level of activity which has enhanced my quality of life. I have also observed her with other patients and she is consistently dedicated to them as well. I will highly recommend Ashley at Waxhaw Benchmark, you will feel the difference immediately!

Ashley is an amazing PT. I have been to several other PT groups and never received the quality care that I received at BenchMark. Ashley took the time to develop an individualized plan that worked with my daily routine. By the end of my treatment I was pain free and am now back to exercising! Thank you Ashley!!

Ashley is the best Physical Therapist I’ve ever had, both at Benchmark and elsewhere. I had tried everything before coming to see her, had even been going to the chiropractor for years, but she wasn’t afraid to push me and my therapy to a place where she knew I would recover. I had my doubts about physical therapy after trying everything, but she consistently reassured me that I would recover and when I did, I was blown away. She decided to change/push my therapy to the next level to include dry needling, which I was also skeptical about, but she was absolutely right. It made a SIGNIFICANT difference in my recovery time and I’m a new person. I cannot recommend her enough!
