People I have been extremely frugal since the day I was 16 when it came to shopping for insurance. I have searched every single year for the absolute cheapest agency possible, and would move my policy's accordingly. The trouble to me was worth saving a single dollar. That being said, by sheer chance I discovered Rick at Pilot Mountain Insurance. He at that time wasn't the cheapest, but he was 2nd place. I was currently at the cheapest (by like 5$), but I was so sick of Helsabeck Hall consistently messing up at every opportunity. Since he offered the same companies I was already using, I took a chance and made the jump. Let me tell you that was the best decision I've ever made. If you're looking for insurance, do your self a favor and just call and give him a chance. Just talking to him you will realize what you've been missing all these years. The man is awesome, friendly, concerned, passionate and you wont have to keep telling him who you are whenever you call. He takes his job serious like people USED to do. All my life I've paid for just insurance, now it seems I get SERVICE as well. Even if this man is a few dollars more, he is absolutely 100% worth the difference. I guarantee it!!! If you care to look into my history you will see I never write positive reviews because I feel that is what should be expected, However after dealing with this company for 2 years now, I have finally got to see what its like to get MORE then I expected, hence me taking the time to come shout it from the mountain top. People please, do yourself a favor, give this man a chance to earn your business... If it can be done I promise you he will! Rick thank you for everything, you have earned every single cent you've made off of me, and I am excited to be insured by what I consider the best agency I've ever used. Thank you brother!!!!!
