I had an emergency and was turned down because I have an infant son during COVID. Have no family to watch my son. Because I couldn't find someone to watch my 7 month old son, which is still nursing, I was refused service. During such times as these, you should be ASHAMED of yourselves refusing a patient because of not having child care available. I am glad I found someone else who cared enough to see a patient. So unbelievably wonderful! I was absolutely terrified, to the point that I've been putting off going back to a dentist for some 15 years (thanks for the phobia, Dr. Jackson). I had let things get way worse than I intended, out of fear.nnI spoke with the angel of a receptionist and let her know that I was nervous, etc., And Dr. McMillan, along with his assistant and entire staff went above and beyond to be caring, kind, empathetic, and most of all, comforting. I can't believe I'm even saying this, but after just one visit, I do not feel frightened to go back to a dentist! I'm so happy to have found this dentist, and I hope I can keep him for many many years to come!nnIf you're looking for a kind, honest, gentle and understanding dentist who will do his best to help you... This is it! ❤ufe0f Plus, from the day I called for an appointment I only had to wait 4 business days to go in; from what I understand most dentists, that accept Medicaid especially, usually have a wait time of at least a month or more. not this one... He's working as fast and as hard as he can to accommodate his patients. Absolutely wonderful!
