Wife waited weeks for an appointment. Upon arriving the receptionist stated they had a referral from her doc but not tri-care. When we called the military doctor we discovered they don't need it. Even if they did why didn't they call prior to her taking off work, losing pay and driving over? Excuses Excuse. They need to get their act together!!
