The staff at Firetower Animal Clinic are top notch and very professional. Our pets are very comfortable going there. Staff treat our pets like their own. Dr Denmark is the best! She is so professional and answers all our questions. Our golden retriever, Bailey, especially loves her. Nancy is great too. She has been so helpful and really cares about us and our pets. We had a great experience this week when our puppy was neutered. Everything was explained thoroughly beforehand and we were very comfortable leaving him there for surgery. Dr Denmark updated us immediately afterwards and answered all our questions. All in all this past visit was great...we received great care for our puppy and we were treated very well. Thank you guys for all that you do!!!

My dog was at the pet emergency clinic in Greenville being monitored all night due to possible toxin exposure. My husband picked him up the next morning and took him to our vet at Firetower to be monitored during the day. Once he got to the clinic several techs came out and put our dog on a stretcher to take inside. They were all wonderful. The vets decided very quickly that he should be transferred to NC state vet school for more extensive care. Dr Hoffman called and explained everything to me over the phone since I was at work. She was very heartfelt and sympathetic. She truly put herself in our shoes. She even called the emergency vet to ask about giving a medication to help with the ride to Raleigh. Several techs came back out to help load him in the truck. I don’t know all of their names but Kelsey Langston was one of them. She even brought extra blankets and pads to put under him and has checked on him several times. I appreciate everyone at Firetower Animal clinic and their hard work and dedication to our pets. I cannot thank them enough!

By far the best veterinary clinic to take your best friend to! My dog has been a patient here for 3 years and every experience is always delightful and informative. The veterinarian takes the time to explain anything that is going to happen and what happened during the visit! All the office staff I have had the pleasure of speaking to have been so kind, there truly isn’t anywhere else that compares! I know my fur baby is in great hands here.

The Firetower team is amazing!! They have been taking care of Kitten for over 10 years and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else!! We fell in love with Dr. Girrard first and when she moved, moved to Dr. Hubbard who we adore!! The thorough, loving care management they give our fur baby at Firetower is second to none! Additionally, the vet techs are THE BEST and many times Kitten sees Danielle who is absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend Firetower Animal Clinic!

Great service from start to finish of the visit. The doctor was very throughout in explaining their findings and very patient when answering our questions. The reception staff is also great at returning phone calls quickly and answering questions about costs and contents of the visit. I know that my pet is always going to receive the best care from Firetower Animal Clinic.
