Randleman Drug

Got my COVID vaccine at Randleman drug. It was organized and everyone was so friendly. Thank you!!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to they would not fill pain meds cause I had not filled there in a year trying to say I had to get other meds there when I told them I am my insulin and other daily meds they still turned me down they say it is dea regulations there are no such regulations they are profilers and by law are not allowed todo practice this way hope they enjoy speaking to my lawyers and reps from don't punish pain affliction

I went to Randleman Drug for 3 years when I became handicapped (overnight with a rare disease that is causing the bones in my legs to die n break from the inside out.and movement alone is extremely painful. I hope you can at least imagine how painful it is just to stand.) I have had the following issues and please bare in mind that I am listing the most important occurrence's not all of them:nWhen I first began getting prescriptions filled I was made aware that certain prescriptions had to be ordered and that you needed to know in advance to have the medication there when I needed it filled. So I did. but was accused several times of not lettiing anyone know, even thou I had let the employee’s at the drive through window know one to two “months” in advance. As a matter of fact, the first time this happened, my Grandfather (who , due to my condition, has to get off work, rush to the Dr.s office for the paper script and then rush to Randleman Drug to pick up my medications before you close) was spoken very rude to by the owner himself and if this email is going to the owner of the store, perhaps you may remember because you spoke with me over my Grandpas cell phone and after explaining the situation, you apologized to me and told me it'd be filled and delivered the next day around 11 am but no later than12 pm. I called around 12:30 pm and my prescription had not even been filled and I was told if I needed it before late afternoon, I would have to come and pick it up myself. So, I had already been out for 24 hours or more and for any who stays in severe pain 24/7, that is a long time to wait.so i went.nThen..nI brought in a prescription a for(PROMETHAZINE HCL 25 MG TAB/PHENERGAN) to take for nausea every 4 to 6 hours with my pain med. After talking to my Dr. I began taking it every 4 hours due to a stomach virus I had for several days.i had taken this med. before and knew the side effects but I began having strange unusual side effects and was still nauseated so I quit taking it after about 6 to 7 days even thou I was supposed to take it with each dose of the pain med to help with the pain,I knew that the Phenergan did not look like it usually did, so i called Randleman Drug but was told that it was due to different manufacturers. I had been told that before with other meds. so began taking them again. I had a couple left and was feeling very sick/nauseated so i looked it up n found that it WASN'T Phenergan. it was alprazolam!!!!!nEven tho i was upset, sick and I'm a lot of pain When i went to show and talk to them at Randleman Drug about their mistake..i had began the conversation as professional as possible and had expected a professional conversation and possibly an apology in return... Well... let's just say... I'll never go to Randleman Drug again.nI have honestly never been treated with so much disrespect and unprofessional behavior by any store I have been to. I had been a loyal customer for 3 years and I would really like to know why I was treated so unprofessionally and would like to know how I was given the wrong prescription. That is and could have been very dangerous. I do not post many negative reviews but i would hate for this to happen to anyone else.
