The customer service is phenomenal, I recently bought an engagement ring though a different store and they lied to me and told me it was something that it wasn’t. Of course it bent and broke, they wouldn’t except refunds. So we went to reeds and they really hooked us up and helped us out in finding the right ring for the best deal. I am definitely going there again and I 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

Awful experience, ring broke and they ordered a repair, 2 months later still nothing to show for. I understand that's out of their hands, but some of the staff are incredibly rude and nott understandingabout it.

My husband and I have been doing all our jewelry business with Reeds since my Husband of 10 years bought my first piece of jewelry there!! The staff is amazing! Even if you don’t know what your looking for they are able to guide you and help you find the perfect piece!! Just yesterday my husband upgrade my wedding ring and band and Reeds did amazing job helping us finance and made the process so easy!!! They go above and beyond for there customers and we will be lifetime customers!!!!

I’ve been working with Jeremy at this store for years. He is very knowledgeable about the products and even helped me customize a few diamond bracelets to make sure they are truly unique. He and this store are my go to for anything in the jewelry world and I highly recommend him!!

Jeremy is the best. He is the only I trust when it comes to buying the pieces I truly want. He has even customized a couple of my pieces for me.
