I worked for these people and they were all very nice. A couple of them even helped me pack my kiosk away at the end of the night because I was so short. I even helped The Mrs. reorganize her kitchen while gabbing about different kinds of coffee creamer :) Really great people.

I've only had nothing but horrible experiences from this place! I want my money back and they don't do refunds! Stay away!nn1st: I went to the store when the owner's wife was there. I was looking for a sterling silver ring with a blue sapphire in it. I found one there and his wife told me it would be $25. I gave her my information and told her I'd be back for it Valentine's Day and to please hold it for me. She wrote down the ring, the price, and signed her name on a business card. (My boyfriend was going to buy it)nn2nd: I went back to check and see if they put the ring away, and low and behold, the ring was out in the open and could have easily be snatched up. I go to ask about it and not only do they tell me they won't hold it...but they tell me that the ring is now $65 and the lowest they can get it is $40! WTF?! I decide to wait until I could speak with the owner, I go back the next day.nn3rd: Well, I speak to the owner and he says that yes, the woman that was at the shop when I went there was indeed his wife. But he denies that she knew her way around the jewelry counter. WHAT?! I get ready to leave when he tells me bottom line price would be $35, then he told me to wait and offered $30. I finally go with the offer, but I'm still pretty upset that my boyfriend would have to pay $5 more than what was promised. I told them to save it for Valentine's Day and they FINALLY put it away for me.nn4th (The Big Day): My boyfriend and I finally go to purchase the ring, no problems. Well...that was until the next day when the ring turned my finger green! I took it to a few jewelers in G-ville mall, they all told me it was sterling silver, however, it was likely mixed with copper or nickel (both of which, my skin can't tolerate). I go to try and get a refund. (They didn't even give my boyfriend a receipt) Well...they tell me no refunds even though the evidence was PLAIN AS DAY that the ring was not true Sterling Silver. They offer a trade off but tell me they only have sterling silver. After having my heart shattered from all the experiences there, I walked away.nnAfter that day...I tried multiple times to return the ring...or get the stone set in a different band but of course, they don't carry the kind of metal I need. (a stainless steel band at that) No luck thus far. My boyfriend and I have absolutely HAD IT with this crook! I hope he takes the money and chokes on it! I hope other buyers come forward and report this crook! They have won the battle, but I promise they won't win the war. I am going to get a refund if it's the last thing I do!
