Could not imagine going through the process of buying an engagement ring without Jordan. She was very patient, never pushy, took the time to educate me on my options, and helped me find the perfect ring (I mean perfect). Prices were comparable to what I was seeing online when you factor in service and the ability to trust who you are buying from. It is always such a pleasant experience whenever I go into Bailey’s. You are greeted as soon as you enter and are offered assistance, but not pressured. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and no matter whether you are getting your jewelry checked and cleaned or shopping for a new ring or necklace, the entire experience is relaxing and enjoyable!

My wife had an estate eternity band that began to lose stones, so we had the jeweler at Bailey’s design a new one. They kept us well informed all along the way and the final result exceeded our expectations! The staff at Bailey’s has always made us feel welcome! We have thoroughly enjoyed every shopping experience we have had there!
