Winnebago Family Court Commissioner

The family court commissioner LK is the worst court com. I've ever encountered.nShe supports and entertains DEADBEAT PARENTS! We have had her as FCC for years and even though DeadBeat owes 30k in arrears, she sides with him EVERY TIME!nThanks FCC LK, I hope you can sleep at night knowing that you have allowed and supported an unemployed, deadbeat to get away with NOT PAYING for a child with special needs for 10 years..all while seemingly flirting with the deadbeat...what a joke.nSickening...you are an embarrassment to Winnebago County Family Court System. You should be ashamed of your corrupted self.nWhen the child support office thinks you are a disgrace...it's time to get a new job.

Court is so corrupt and hurt innocent children! My wife divorced me without me knowing and was granted sole custody of my two beautiful daughters whom mean the world to me! So I took it to court but they wanted nothing to do with me! They rejected me seeing them every other weekend for 3 hours for one day which is a joke in itself! I practically raised my daughter's while my ex drank every night! All they would have to do is see me with them and the love I have for them as they have for me! I have no money left to proceed! The only ones getting hurt by this is my angels!! So sad! To have them out of my life devastates me! I cry everyday for them and I Know they cry to see me! Every word put of her lawyers mouth was a lie! It was hard to hear! Court has to change I'm a hard working guy with a car and just love them! Unreal how there gone just like that! A lot of fathers just leave and I'm dying without them and missing out on so much of there lives! Hard to take! Give court and guardian at lighten $2000 plus lawyer and in 10 minutes it's over! Unreal! Something has to change! FATHERS RIGHTS! I'm lost and not me without them! Woman judge totally on the side of my lying ex! The ex did it a for money! So she could get tax returns every year and child support! She doesn't work and lives off the state and has dated two drug dealers! Poor girls are so much better off with me but court only hears one side of the story! I'm a hurting Father without the joys of my life!!!!! :( Now had a hearing for child support and they doubled it! I went from broke with a job to probably homeless! Thanks

Still haven't seen my girls! Now here comes Easter plus the birthdays and Christmas that I missed! Have a pile of presents waiting for them! It should be a God given right that I can see my girls! This is so frustrating and my heart is so broke!! Just crazy how my girls are being hurt with no Father! I wish court had a heart!!!
